Mumbai Jaipur Duronto Express

There are 29 active Duronto services running in all over India. Duronto express have became operational w.e.f 2009-2010. Mumbai central Jaipur Duronto Express is a nonstop train that runs from its originating station toward its destination.

Duronto express12239 runs from Mumbai to Jaipur on Tuesday and Sunday and 12240 on its return journey from Jaipur to Mumbai on Tuesday and Thursday.

The train is consisted with some special features as the interiors are well furnished and the length of the coaches is also more than traditional coaches to accommodate more passengers. The new Duronto express coaches are made of stainless steel coaches having several superior features, including control discharge toilet system, improved and superior thermal and sound insulation and centre buffer coupler to run longer trains.

The fares of train are also less as compared to other trains running on the same route. For added convenience to the passenger’s food is also provided in the train cost of that is included in the ticket itself. Moreover there is a doctor on call in any case of emergency in train.

Duronto express train consist with different classes of accommodation- First AC, Second AC, third AC and 2nd Sleeper type of classes.
